WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR INITIAL WAP MEETING:

• Must complete an Energy Assistance Application first.

• If a client owns their home, proof of ownership, such as a copy of a deed, will be needed.  If residence is a rental, owner/landlord agreements will be given to you for completion by the owner.

All above information must be brought in at time of appointment.  We may not be able to get the necessary information from your utility vendor, employer, Social Security Office, or another program file.
